Nelly es una cantante y compositora luso-canadiense, entre sus canciones con más éxito están su single de estrella “I’m Like a Bird”, por el que ganó un Grammy de Mejor actuación vocal Pop Femenina, “Turn Off The Light” y “Força”, el himno oficial de la Eurocopa de 2004. En el año 2,000 sacó su primer albúm “Whoa, Nelly!” y en el 2003 el segundo títulado “Folklore”.
Ahora Nelly nos sorprende con su tercer albúm llamado “Loose” que estará a la venta en las tiendas el próximo 20 de junio, éste llega precedido por el sencillo “Maneater” y por el enorme éxito que está cosechando desde ya con el single adelanto de su disco, el elegido para el mercado americano, “Promiscuous” que en tan sólo cuatro semanas se ha colocado en el nº 3 en la lista de singles estadounidense!

A mi personalmente el ultimo disco de nelly furtado meneater me parece el peor de toda su discografia ni punto de comparacion con sus 2 anteriores discos, ya que meneater no le llegaa ni a la suela de los zapatos a la cancion de I like bird de su primer disco, me ha resultado decepcionante la nueva nelly furtado quiere seguir la misma moda comercial que demas cantantes como christina aguilera,beyonce,britney spears de chicas provocativas vendiendo su cuerpo eso demuestra que no tiene personalidad, no le paga nada a nelly ese papel,yo que pensaba que en unos principios nelly furtado era distinta y tenia su propia personalidad, pero eso esta sucediendo con demas cantantes como por ejemplo avril lavigne

Este disco es bueno, ha mejorado bastante su imagen ya no es una niña, como aparecia en los albunes anteriores ahora presenta la imagen de una mujer, bastante linda por cierto, pero como dicen que el que no enseña no vende. me gusta este album en especial el sencillo “Maneater”, estas llena de talento Niña.

me encanta nelly furtado, es muy talentosa..
la verdad es que me gustaban mas los discos anteriores de nelly, pero el nuevo tiene su estilo de hip-hop bastante bueno aunque muchos piensen que nelly a cambiado mucho, no es asi, solo que ahora cambio de estilo, aunque si pienso que se esta exibiendo un poco como las demas fresitas… pero la verdad a mi me sigue gustando… Nelly Furtado es lo mejor
